From idea to production - No meetings

If you have a project in mind and want to skip the discovery call, this workflow is for you. First, use the two corner buttons—the chat bubble (bottom-right) or WhatsApp (bottom-left)—for a ~5-minute guided capture. Then I analyze it personally and send a practical plan with scope and phases. No meetings.

About Me

I'm a systems engineer with 20+ years building software, strongest on Java/Spring Boot backends, APIs, automation, and applied AI where it actually removes work. I focus on small, practical systems—internal tools, integrations, and operational workflows—not open-ended “we build anything” engagements.

I combine deep hands-on engineering with AI where it speeds analysis and delivery. AI never replaces judgment: I review architecture, edge cases, and quality—especially for production boundaries, security, and maintainability.

My default way of working is fully async with no meetings and no discovery calls. You share context in writing; I respond with clear plans and phased options. That reduces calendar friction, preserves a written trail, and keeps scope honest—whether you are a founder or an operator who needs something shipped without a traditional agency cadence.

Services

Internal tools, automations, and focused builds—Java/Spring Boot at the core

Internal tools & operational software

Dashboards, admin workflows, and small operational systems your team uses every day—scoped deliberately, not open-ended “custom everything.”

Automation & integrations

Connect systems, queues, spreadsheets, and APIs to remove manual steps—reliable Spring Boot services and clear boundaries between tools.

Lean implementation phases

A useful first version, then expand in short phases. Controlled backlog, written acceptance, and predictable delivery—ideal when you want momentum without a multi-year programme.

How I Work

Fully async — no meetings, no discovery calls.
You describe the problem in writing. I review it personally and reply with a practical implementation plan: phased scope, timeline, and estimate—usually within about 48 hours on business days.

🎯 Three straightforward steps

  1. Async intake (~5 minutes) — Use the chat widget (bottom right) or WhatsApp. Guided questions capture goals, constraints, and systems involved. No Zoom, no calendar Tetris.
  2. Personal review (typically within ~48 hours) — I read your answers end-to-end and apply 20+ years of engineering judgment. No generic, AI-only proposals.
  3. Written plan, then build if it’s a fit — You receive a clear implementation plan with phased scope, timeline, and estimate. If we proceed, work starts against an agreed deposit and backlog.
Why async instead of meetings?
Decisions stay crisp, context stays written, and your week stays intact. The goal is momentum and clarity—not more slide decks.
Plain terms
The written plan outlines scope and phases up front. If you approve a proposal, delivery follows the agreed backlog—predictable and easy to follow.

Web chat (recommended)

Use the chat widget at the bottom right. It walks you through the same questions I need to understand scope—fully in writing.

WhatsApp

Prefer WhatsApp? Same guided briefing as the web chat—questions in writing, no calls.

Chat on WhatsApp

"Describe what you need in writing. I review it personally and send back a practical plan—phased scope, timeline, and estimate—without a single meeting. If the fit is mutual, we ship in lean cycles."

Real Projects, Real Impact

Example of a production Java/Spring Boot + AI pipeline at scale—operational data, not slide-ware

Current Project — 1+ Year

🤖 AI-Powered Conversation Intelligence Platform — Ongoing & Growing

The Situation: A large contact center operation was sitting on thousands of daily recorded conversations — stored as raw audio files with zero processing. No insights, no quality control at scale, no way to systematically evaluate agent performance. They needed to enter the AI era and unlock the value hidden in their data.

What I Did: I took ownership of the backend architecture and development. Built a complete AI processing pipeline integrating Deepgram for audio-to-text transcription, ChatGPT and Gemini for intelligent analysis — including automatic conversation summaries, customer sentiment detection, agent behavior evaluation (friendliness, professionalism, sales closing ability), advanced keyword and phrase detection with wildcard pattern matching, and a fully automated interaction scoring system. All built with Java and Spring Boot on SQL Server.

The Outcome: Raw audio files that used to sit completely untouched are now transformed into actionable business intelligence. Quality assurance went from manual spot-checks to 100% automated coverage across every single interaction. The platform is actively growing with new AI features being added continuously — I've been on this project for over a year and it keeps expanding.

Professional Track Record

Alongside focused client work, I’ve shipped complex systems inside world-class engineering teams—evidence of depth when stakes are high.

Enterprise Team Projects Delivered as part of a leading global IT consultancy's engineering team

Industry: Banking / Fintech  |  Role: Backend Developer  |  Duration: Enterprise-scale engagement

The Challenge: A major global bank launched a fully digital, online-only subsidiary. Their core systems ran on legacy SOAP services — incompatible with modern frontends and mobile apps. They needed a secure, high-performance API layer to bridge decades-old infrastructure with a modern digital banking experience.

What I Built:

  • Secure RESTful API layer serving as the backbone for the new digital bank
  • SOAP-to-REST middleware translating legacy services into clean, modern endpoints
  • Efficient data transformation layer using MapStruct for model mapping
  • Banking-grade authentication and authorization implementation

The Impact: The digital bank launched successfully as a 100% online operation. Legacy systems were preserved and leveraged without costly rewrites. Modern frontend teams could work with clean REST APIs without understanding legacy SOAP infrastructure.

Industry: Travel / Hospitality  |  Role: Backend Developer  |  Duration: Enterprise-scale engagement

The Challenge: A major global travel platform needed to scale and maintain a massive hotel booking system handling high-volume, real-time transactions across multiple regions and providers.

What I Built:

  • Contributed to the development and maintenance of a distributed system comprising 50 interconnected microservices
  • Worked with event-driven architecture using RabbitMQ for asynchronous inter-service communication
  • Ensured reliability and performance across a complex, high-traffic distributed system

The Impact: Gained deep expertise in large-scale microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and the operational challenges of distributed platforms processing millions of transactions.

Industry: Technology / E-Commerce  |  Role: Backend Developer  |  Duration: Enterprise engagement

The Challenge: A major technology company needed a marketplace platform for hardware devices — similar to an app store but for physical products, requiring full e-commerce capabilities.

What I Built:

  • Core backend platform achieving 90% feature completion
  • E-commerce functionality including product catalog, search, and purchase flows
  • Integration layers connecting the marketplace with existing company ecosystems

The Impact: The software was successfully developed and delivered on spec. The project was ultimately shelved due to hardware challenges outside the scope of software — proving that solid engineering delivers on its commitments regardless of external factors.
